This hotel was not good at all. The rooms were not stocked with anything and if you wanted to have coffee cups or coffee maker or anything besides 2 plastic cups you had to go to the lobby and pick it up yourself. The info pamphlet in the room stated that you could request kitchen items and they would be brought up but that was not the case. We had to go to the lobby to get extra bedding for the pullout couch but didn't receive an additional pillow. The room said it sleeps 4, but after a second room change the room could really only accommodate 3 people comfortably. The room had a queen size bed and a futon, not a pullout sofa. Although it was fixed very quickly, the bathroom sink drained slowly. The bathroom door didn’t lock. The remote had to be swapped out because it didn’t connect to the tv (minor change, but another annoyance). The downstairs area had an unpleasant odor. We found infestation of cocktiaches therefore one person with pupy dog stayed in another place. All drawers were dirty. The place is 20 minutes driving to the beach which was not mentioned when i was looking for a place to stay. It was ok if only the person with the dog was able to stay but was not the case. I have pictures regarding my concerns

I love black ran businesses but sometimes y’all just gotta get it together. Go in they talking in all types but professional. Yeaaa I understand it was memorial weekend and all but damn. Why was the elevator the nicest part of the building? Even tho it was nice it was dirty , halls (dirty), stairways (all levels dirty). I will give y’all the room was clean but why did you nail the windows shut? Employees were nice tho! No one was rude or disrespectful but gots to do better!

This property is so run down it’s shameful. The photos posted are stock photos of a new property. It was dirty. The sheets and blankets were covered in hair. I said something to the front desk and they did nothing. The pillows are old and stained yellow. The bed felt like a boxspring with a slab of wood. I had packed a sheet and blanket for the beach and ended up sleeping with those. The bed felt like the concrete ground. The towels were dirty and full of body hair. The building and the room stank like something damp and dank, or some odd smell. Not sure what it was, but it wasn’t pleasant.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels, some sketchy, some run down, some noisy. I have never left one without sleeping there until last night. The room smelled, the couch in the room has so many stains on it from who knows what. There was a dead roach on the floor and black specs of debris on the bed. The counter wasn't wiped down and there were stray hairs on the blankets and sheets as well as stuck to the wall. There were scuffs and stains all over the walls and it was completely run down. The room was completely destroyed not cleaned. Halls smelled like pee and it seemed like people lived at the hotel.
