Avoid this place The room had a full kitchen but no plates, silverware glasses or cooking utensils. No bedding for the sleeper sofa. The room sleeps six but only provided towels for 2. The only positive was the size of the room (2 bedroom unit).

We were looking for a one night stay in the Norfolk area and this property had a 7.2 rating on Orbitz. It was a 2 at best. The check in person was on the phone - a personal call - the entire time we were checking in. Our (supposedly non-smoking room) room smelled of smoking so we went back to get another. Will not come back The lobby smelt like cigarettes, the hallway and the elevator both smelt like mildew. The room itself smelt like someone workout and left. Feet smell, mold in the vents. The couch was stained and over used. The bedrooms werte BEYOND unsanitary.

Beware: roaches in room The review I read online did not say anything wrong about the place. The first room given us is dirty the pull out couch have dog hair in it. We have to transfer to a different room but it’s no better it has roaches on it. In the curtains, cabinet, bathroom and even crawling in the floor.

Bad hotel too book The room was horrible it was dirty and poorly cleaned the houe keeping staff should all be held accountable. The pictures don't match the way the rooms look. I went out and bought cleaning supplies too sanitize the counter tops. I don't recommend this hotel too anyone. I hope this helps someone im not i wish i had taken pictures .

Not the best place I didn't know people actually live there long-term and people were in this staircase hanging outside smoking cigarettes

I don't even know where to begin. When it comes to rating this place, it was absolutely horrid. Upon arriving there the lobby area where you check-in was extremely small and the staff could definitely use some pointers on customer service. The room was dirty, the hallways were dirty. Room was dirty. Pull out couch had trash and sunflower seed shells all in it. Cockroaches in the kitchen area. Remnants of cooking grease on the walls. We did not stay the night and ended up finding another place to stay.
