I arrived tongue hotel around 1230am after a long day of flights and travel delay. Upon arrival the office was closed. The door had hour of operation until 12:00am. After panicking, looking for other hotels for an hour and thinking I was going to have to sleep in my car I decided to call the office. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in- the room and bathroom were dirty and the fridge was filthy. We reached after a long road trip and seriously had no energy to find another hotel at night since we were only spending the night there. I have stayed in many extended stay hotels and this was the worst!! I actually should have asked for a refund

Stinks, needs an update or tear down Upon arrival, going into my room it smelled like cigarettes. I spoke with Shaun the DC and he attempted to put me in another room. Which unfortunately smelled no better.. I chose to turn off the heater to not circulate the smelly air. In all honesty, I probably should not have stayed in the room as I have a lung condition. Bed was a lil hard. I won’t stay there again

Wouldn't recommend. There was a huge puddle outside our door from our AC unit and it made it so that our floor was absolutely filthy for the whole stay. Other than that the door key cards worked once each so we went through 3 or 4 replacements in our 2 day stay.
