The property is in poor repair and had people smoking and drinking on the balconies with visible trash on the ground. I actually left immediately and stayed in another hotel, lost my full deposit.

Avoid the extended stay america Poor they first assigned me a dirty room. I am still waiting on my $100 security deposit. They all lie!!!! I have contacted the hotel and their customer services department. I have never been told the truth. The deposit would be returned in 24 hours. The deposits would be returned in 5 to 7 business days. The general manager would call. All lies. I want my money returned its been over a month.

The room was very run down. It was clean but there was part of the door that was broken, the bathroom door was broken. The shower had multiple spots of missing caulk and there was lots of damage and missing tiles. My room key kept not working and I had to go down to the desk multiple times to get access to my room. I was in town for a funeral and it was a terrible place to try and decompress and relax after dealing with arrangements from out of state.

Honestly seemed clean on first entrance but then we found dead roches in the bathroom and the areas around the hotel were concerning and really beat up and dirty

The front staff were rude, trying to wait on too many people at once instead of finishing with 1 first. Upon requesting to stay an additional night the rate quoted was twice as high as the 2 previous nights. People linger around the property making it feel unsafe. There are no elevators. We will nnot stay there again.
