The room was not cleaned thoroughly. There were food crumbs on the floor and inside of the air conditioning unit. The room had an odor, not sure what it was.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever! I booked a non-smoking room. The stench of long term, recent cigarette smoking in Room 205 was overwhelming. When I went to my conference the next day, my coworkers asked if I had taken up smoking - that’s how bad it smelled in there. I use a CPap machine. 2 days after my stay, the machine still reeks of smoke & I can’t get it out. The HVAC would screech every time the compressor kicked in, so when I would fall asleep I’d be woken up by that sound every 30 minutes. This is not a safe part of town... read more

We booked a double and we’re given a single with a roll away because they supposedly overbooked. The room they gave us had a huge flea problem and wasn’t very clean!

Give me what I pay for I requested a kitchen so I could cook ithere were no utensils no pots no pans, no dishwashing detergent. When I called the front desk She told me how I'm supposed to request the used things when I check in I know I paid extra I just didn't get what i paid for, Amenities aren't free for each one you get you pay a little extra I understand that,

Rude and unlawful behavior to a disabled person. The manager at the facility demanded that I pay a pet fee for my ADA approved service animal. Seeing this is a violation of federal law I made her aware of that and offered to show her the federal law that explains it. She had told me that she did not want to see it.
