LLego a la propiedad hacemos check in pasaron unas horas y era como 8pm la ducha estaba tapada llame al front desk y nos dijeron que usaramos el destapador eso no es trabajo nuestro no habia ningun personal de emergencia si no hasta domingo pedimos otra habitacion no habia y como magia aparecio una igual manera estaba tapada la ducha decidimos irnos del hotel nos dejaron saber que llamaramoa a expedia o al banco para cancelar cuarto entregamos llave a las 1047pm nos fuimos malrato que pasamos

I didn’t like this property. I didn’t know what an extended stay was prior to us arriving. We stayed only one night for a concert. Our deposit was never returned and we had to call back to speak to management. It’s alright for a cheap quick one night stay but it’s definitely not a “I’m here for a week long vacation” hotel. It was pet friendly which was nice. Some of the furniture in our room was broken/ missing legs and just balanced in a good enough sort of way. Room from hell The room needed to be updated.The microwave was shooting sparks and the refrigerator didnt work. The recliner was old fashioned and needed to be replaced. The room needed a coat of paint.

Never Again Room was ok, the smoke smell on my non-smoking room was horrible!!! I went to the front desk and was handed a bottle of Febreze. I was told since i booked through a third party there was noting that the could do to discount the room.

Not for non smokers Though the staff is friendly and the room appears to have been recently painted and newer floors inside, the rooms still real if smoke. This is supposedly a non smoking facility. The lobby smelled of smoke as well as the laundry room.
