I didn't like the services and the rooms smells like smoke even I said non smoking. And the clean of the room it's was poor.

Room had a bad smell, dead bugs laying around, everything in the room felt wet (floors bed sheets, humidity in the room was awful for some reason.) The bed sheets would stick to you because of the wetness from the humidity in the room. Maybe that was the smell issue too?

Extremely filthy. We could not stay in the dirty, noxious overwhelming urine smelling room. It was unihabitable and we had to abandon it. This business should be removed from Expedia. While the front desk attendant was great, the hotel staff clearly knew the poor condition of the room and tried to cover the smell by running an internally vented kitchen hood.

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed. Our room smelled like smoke even tho it is smoke free. We had to stay perfume to try and get rid of the smell. We also found a cockroach. It was an extended stay not even a coffee pot. The property itself was very run down. We had rented 2 rooms and both were terrible. Wouldn’t take a shower there. I woke up to bedbugs in the middle of the night. Despite reporting them to the front desk and sharing pictures with the manager via email, I have yet to hear a response. The woman at the front desk was helpful in putting my son and I in another room, however, nothing from management.
