I woke up to bedbugs in the middle of the night. Despite reporting them to the front desk and sharing pictures with the manager via email, I have yet to hear a response. The woman at the front desk was helpful in putting my son and I in another room, however, nothing from management.

The property is in poor repair and had people smoking and drinking on the balconies with visible trash on the ground. I actually left immediately and stayed in another hotel, lost my full deposit.

Avoid the extended stay america Poor they first assigned me a dirty room. I am still waiting on my $100 security deposit. They all lie!!!! I have contacted the hotel and their customer services department. I have never been told the truth. The deposit would be returned in 24 hours. The deposits would be returned in 5 to 7 business days. The general manager would call. All lies. I want my money returned its been over a month.
