Extended Stay - VA Beach - the Good & Not So Goods Great location, easy access to 264, good food options nearby, was recently renovated but many of rooms still older. Customer service was good. Rooms were small in size and were not totally cleaned before we arrived (under beds still needed to be swept). Be aware there were several longer term residents inhabiting certain areas of the hotel. I would probably not stay there again if other options were available at their competitive price.

Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but when we walked in the room itself smelled of stale smoke. Otherwise it was fine, bed wasn't incredibly comfortable but we just stayed for the shower and somewhere to crash. Overall, I would think twice before reserving again just because of the smoke smell.

homeless hotel housekeeping never came to our you for towel told me to walk the towels down to tem I said no!!! next door room much been a homeless person room was so bad hope we don't have bed bugs it was a bad stay they said all our hotels tellall guest to bring towels to them,so that mean I wont stay at anymore of your hotels pay $252.00 for that!!!!

Staff was the best part The staff were helpful. Kinda of. My room didn't have an iron. When I tried to get one they were out. The lighting outside of my was dark and suspect. My lights were broken. The room was not totally clean. I have pubic hair on my toilet seat they day I checked in. Thro whole exterior looks ran down uncredited for. Will not stay at this place ever again

Extended Stay near Pembroke Mall There were ants all over the sink. The hotel was moderately maintained. Couldn't check into my hotel until after 3pm (even though the check-in time said 3pm).

Basic stay😔 The room looked good but the hotel had a kitchen but nothing no cups plates pans. I called the front desk no one ever answered. No one from housekeeping showed up. I had to go to front desk for towels and it was very low budget service.

Not Clean The pictures was taken from another Extended Stay, it does not look nothing like the pictures.

only if your desperate I have found the extended stays to be a last ditch effort at a hotel experience
