Great stay and extremely convenient! served it's purpose and then some!
Affordable and reasonably comfortable For the Alexandria area, it was a very good price, and walking distance (1 mile) from metro. It had a small kitchen which I really couldn't take advantage of, but would have if I had a car to get groceries. The room had one light out, and the deadbolt didn't work. I told the desk, but they did not take care of it. Desk personnel were polite, but not particularly friendly.
Most likely will book again.
Good Hotel close to Old Town Alexandria Room was dated but clean the bed was very comfortable. The rest of the hotel was not very clean.
Mediocre place for the price! The stay was nice except that the air conditioner is the room was loud. The hotel is close to highway in a straight line but there is no easy way to any of the conveniences! Breakfast was limited to the minimum!
Good Hotel - Bad Experience (no heat/ac). The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The heat/ac was not working, and they essentially said that we were out of luck (maintenance man unreachable), so that made for an unpleasant stay. Breakfast provided should not even be considered breakfast -- very underwhelming.
Easy one Yellow line access! Easy access to Reagan airport, Washington Convention Center, and Chinatown.
Nice Very helpful staff. Safe, well lit parking. Free wifi is a bit slow, but it is free. NO HOLDS on credit card when swipped for incidentals. Cant beat ESA for the price. Plenty of things to do and places to eat in the area.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel. We checked in at 11:45pm and the front desk hostess didn't greet us, she was preoccupied with her cell phone. She gave us our room key and didn't tell us the room number, didn't give any info like free wifi, continental breakfast. Then the room key didn't work.
