Nice place to stay Really comfortable and nice ,the staff was polite and courteous and the manager was polite and understanding great place to stay

Being renovated, lot of noise and debris around

Rehabilitation and construction negative. Reception good on arrival, helpful advice on area facilities. Breakfast, grab and go, pretty poor. Renovation construction work very distracting. Room clean on arrival, but unable to have bedside light repaired and one cockroach hunted unsuccessfully in the kitchen area.

The hotel is ok The staff needs communication skills improved & house keeping is not good with cleaning or maintaining the rooms being clean this hotel needs a much cleaner environment & we had to wait 90 minutes after we checked in for our room to be cleaned because it was not ready & was not clean when we got in the room there were items left behind .

Nice hotel excellent front desk staff. The front desk staff are excellent, Donna has a great personality and funny, she is a great access to the hotel, and then there is Tina always with a smile upon entering the hotel she to is a great access to this hotel, beside the hotel I love coming back to see these beautiful an great personality front staff people.

Good for the Price Lodging ESA is a low budget hotel, but clean and comfortable. Since you are going to be out all day, this is the best deal for the money. Morning coffee is hot, and the breakfast treats are god, especially the muffins.
