Winter Meetings Trade Show We arrived late in the day, and the front staff woman, Kidset was very friendly and efficient in checking us in...3 rooms all prepaid with Expedia.

You get what you pay for. Room had very unpleasant lingering cigarette odor and specifically requested non-smoking room. Also, lots needs renovation- cabinets, stove top and bathroom sink to name a few. Refrigerator also had very loud humming noise that wouldn't stop. Employees were very pleasant and helpful. Overall wasn't terrible for 1 night stay, but location definitely needs some overhauling and don't know if I would pay to stay here for more than a day or 2.

They don't honor requests-customer service awful! I had one of the worst experiences with customer service ever this last stay. I have written a long email to corporate office regarding the need for training staff.

Poor value for money spent Toilet in room only successfully flushed once in every ten tries. Free breakfast consisted of one granola bar. I decided not to fight my husband for it. When I complained, I was told it was a "grab and go" breakfast. None of the advertised muffins or fruit were available.
