great stay Property was great but booked a smoking room and was told that there was none available when we arrived

Pleasant stay within an hour of DC Our room was quite comfortable, and the staff were very nice and helpful (we weren't familiar with the DC area, and they helped by making suggestions for travel routes, etc.). The Extended Stay on Eisenhower Ave is within walking distance of WAMATA stops for bus & train travel, making heading into DC for the day easy. Would definitely recommend.

Great for the experienced traveler This was a great hotel if you are a frequent experienced traveler, who visits a city to experience and explore and are just looking for a safe, quiet, clean room to lay their head down at the end of the day. This hotel is a short drive/ brisk walk to the Metro Station and Joseph at the front desk is a wealth of Washington information and made our travel around the city easy with his advice about the Metro. Winter Meetings Trade Show We arrived late in the day, and the front staff woman, Kidset was very friendly and efficient in checking us in...3 rooms all prepaid with Expedia.

They don't honor requests-customer service awful! I had one of the worst experiences with customer service ever this last stay. I have written a long email to corporate office regarding the need for training staff.
