You get what you pay for. Room had very unpleasant lingering cigarette odor and specifically requested non-smoking room. Also, lots needs renovation- cabinets, stove top and bathroom sink to name a few. Refrigerator also had very loud humming noise that wouldn't stop. Employees were very pleasant and helpful. Overall wasn't terrible for 1 night stay, but location definitely needs some overhauling and don't know if I would pay to stay here for more than a day or 2.

the best part of our stay was for one employee, Bachir, who made it wonderful. Very courteous and nice. Anything we asked for, he was always helpful. Even though, I booked the hotel through hotels.com adn asked for a queen bed and got a full, I will come back just for his customer service.

We are a no-frills family who needed a pet-friendly place to spend 2 nights. We are satisfied with our choice, and we really appreciated the friendly staff!

地下鉄から遠いが、清潔で広々としたホテル 地下鉄イエローラインのEisenhower Avenueから徒歩15分ほどの距離にあります。 治安はよかったですが、夜1人でホテルまでの道を歩くのは不安です。周囲に駐車場やオフィスビルなどがあり、暗くなったら人がいなくなります。ただし、朝はランニングしている白人女性を見かけたりしたので、明るければ大丈夫です。歩いて行ける範囲には何もありません。 宿泊期間中はちょうど地下鉄の工事をしていたこともあり、ワシントン中心部までバスを乗り継いだりして2時間かかったのですが、問題がなければ30分ほどで着くと思います。 ホテルの部屋は快適で、広々としています。 毎日清掃に入ることはなく、自分でタオルを交換したり、ごみを捨てたりしました。 キッチンがついており、道具も頼めば借りられるので、長期滞在には向いていると思います。 朝食は袋詰めのマフィン、ナッツバー、果物（リンゴ、バナナ）、コーヒー、紅茶のみで 少しがっかりしました。 ネットは使えますが、すこし遅いです。 ただし、全体的には快適でしたので、機会があればまた宿泊してもいいかなと思います。

Poor value for money spent Toilet in room only successfully flushed once in every ten tries. Free breakfast consisted of one granola bar. I decided not to fight my husband for it. When I complained, I was told it was a "grab and go" breakfast. None of the advertised muffins or fruit were available.
