Staff are helpful and attentive. Amenities are clean but worn. Towels are old and scratchy.

enjoyable stay at the American Suites Extended Sta it was my first stay at the hotel and I really enjoyed It look forward to staying again.it was very relaxing and quiet
Overnight in Alexandria This stay was a great improvement over my previous stay in September 2014. The room decor was more cheerful. My only complaint is that the heat wasn't operating properly. Since I was only staying for one night, I didn't report it to hotel representatives.
