This facility has been a very bad experience. Poor communication from staff and lack of cleaning. Guest wonders all day and night in and out of the facility that makes you feel very uncomfortable. I have stayed in another hotel with this company before and it was nothing like this one. I will not be staying there again unless there are some changes.

From the moment I went to check in I had to wait 30 mins for someone to come to front counter. The smell on the floor was horrible.

Had to go through multiple rooms, first room the plumbing didn’t work, second room there was no ac, the third was ok but there was no utensils or remote. Halfway through the night the fire alarm went off. Dont think I’ll stay again

Horrible stay We were promised a non smoking room and was placed in a room that reeked of smoke. We asked to change rooms and they attempted to but gave us a key that was occupied where a big dog chased us. We were told that there would be no charge to the room and to check the next day because they were full to capacity. The next day there was no change and it was reiterated that there would be no charge to the room. The kitchen was not working well, I asked for another room, they told me they were sold out, but I saw in internet the had available rooms, microwave not working well, rooms aorund smelling like weed, lights flashing, no one available in front desk in several times. It was a really bad experience.

Not A Home Away From Home I’ve stayed in plenty of extended stays and they had an actual breakfast provided (I.e. eggs, bacon, sausages, waffles etc.) not just the continental breakfast. These places are to be as if we are at a bed and breakfast like a home away from home. Yes, there is a fridge and kitchenette but, there weren’t any utensils already provided. Smelled like smoke. Bathroom was rusty. I typically don’t leave reviews. However, the hotel didn’t wanna work with me. Not like pictures show at all
