Not a fan. Have to constantly ask for things. Received dirty kitchen utensils and glasses that hadn’t been cleaned or sterilized as advertised. Still waiting for my final receipt to be sent to me. Poor customer service!

You get what you pay for. I went inside the room, I knew then, I am not staying here. I regret, not getting the insurance to cancel my reservation. I went to Marriott, on Duke St, got a room, and paid for it. Extended Stay America, SUCKS. So, I lost money, but, I slept well. Don't stay at this hotel

A joke of extended stay We needed to stay in a place with kitchen and it’s amenities. There was nothing. Just the appliances, not even a spoon or a pan, NOTHING. We had to go buy everything just for our stay, besides the fee for housekeeping and nothing for breakfast or even service at all. Everything you might need you have to go to the lobby to ask for it, and you get 1. So only one soap for 4 people, 1 roll of toilet paper….

We booked here because of proximity to family. We needed to have a business meeting there and the staff refused to open up the lounge unless we paid $100. We tried to contact the manager, but could only get to a central reservation number, and my email went unanswered. We were there 5 days, no fresh towels or housekeeping services. Only positive thing I can say is that the bed was comfortable.

There is a smoking smells in a non smoking room! And there is broken hole on the wall! See the picture. We let the front desk know immediately but they said sorry but they do not have another room available. Will not book this hotel again.

This property was poorly managed and unclean. The bedding in the room caused an allergic reaction. The room smelled of smoke and the spray that was given from the front desk staff didn't work.

My stay was ok until I left. The coffee was warm, not hot, and didn't have any creamer, not even to replace one that was done
