Heat broken My heat was broken and we had to use the burners on the stove to warm up. One night I asked for late checkout and that was fine....I made my stay longer after a change of plans and the following day I asked for late checkout and was charged.

Apparently, 5 times is a charm. Came here for one night. Checked in to room 118. Shower hadnt been cleaned. I'm bald and there was a hair in it. Changed rooms 4 more times. 2nd room had a clean shower and 3 remotes, NONE of which operated the TV. 3rd room, no remote. 4th room, no remote, broken TV. The last room had a working TV and remote, clean shower. . .I had challenges with the heater, but it was after midnight, and I was exhausted. Andre at the front desk was patient and kept changing rooms for me until we got one. Loc... read more

My door key card had to be re-coded every day, the only constant thing I noticed was a sign on the front desk saying WE WILL BE RIGHT BACK. I came in when the entry door was locked, I stood outside for 30 minutes before a customer opened the door, and finally about 5 minutes of waiting, the desk clerk came in as if just waking up, he re-coded my door key. As for the Free Breakfast, "fuget about it" your choice of mini blueberry muffins or oatmeal everyday. Oh yeah, no maid service for the 10 days

Business response:

Dear Frank, We apologize for the inconvenience caused by your key card needing daily re-coding and the delays you experienced at the front desk. Your concerns about limited breakfast options and the absence of housekeeping during your extended stay are taken seriously, and we’ll work to address these areas. We aim to provide a better experience for all guests, and your input is invaluable in helping us improve. We hope to welcome you back in the future. Sincerely,Hotel Management

I rarely write negative reviews, but I’ve been forced. This place needs managerial intervention. The general upkeep is lacking. No coffee in the rooms. No printed wifi instructions - they make you ask the front desk. The toilet in my room stopped working completely, I reported it, but nothing was done after a whole day. I like the option to pass on room service when it’s unnecessary, but they didn’t even provide it. This ‘could’ be an okay place to stay, but management needs to get this house in order.

Business response:

Dear Morrissey, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. Your concerns about the lack of coffee in rooms, Wi-Fi instructions, and the unaddressed toilet issue have been noted. We take your comments seriously and will address these with our management team to improve guest experience and service. We appreciate your feedback and will work to ensure these issues are resolved. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a much-improved stay.Sincerely,Hotel M... read more
