Came later than earliest checkout time and our room still wasn’t ready, we were put in a room not fully cleaned and it took nearly an hour to get a different room.

I had to change rooms twice the first time the room key did not work. The second time the television did not work and was reported to the receptionist.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it didn't meet expectations. Upon arrival, I was immediately uncomfortable due to an insect crawling around on the table, which made the room feel unclean. DISGUSTING Do not stay here. They do not clean the rooms. THEY HAVE ANTS! Everywhere! In the rooms, on the floors, beds, ceiling, by the elevators.. on floors higher than the first! I tried to wipe away some of the mess before taking a picture, but there were ants everywhere. There is no one that stays at the front desk to talk to about, nor do they pick up the phone. Very Noisey There was major noise like a drill on and off. I think it had something to do with neighbors running hot water. The breakfast buffet was a joke. It was prepackaged muffins, packets of out meal and granola bars. On the good side the bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water.
