Property had a distinct smell throughout. Floors throughout had not been swept or mopped in quite a while. Carpet stains. In our room there were broken kitchen cabinets, security lock on the door broken, floors had crumbs, chips, and miscellaneous debris. Breakfast was less than expected. Service at the desk was uninspired and lacked a general need to be welcoming or anticipate guest needs.

The door to the room stuck to the frame and barely opened. Soon realized all doors made an awful sound and were very difficult to open and close. Could hear people struggling with them at all times of the day or night. The tub and shower walls were spray painted so to say the rooms were renovated is not true. Heating/cooling unit extremely loud. Breakfast was minimal and not worth the space. Had to ask if they could resupply it. He brought out 3 mini muffins.
