The place was clean except that the linoleum kitchen floor was extremely sticky. One big problem, though, was that we were told that we would have things like a coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes, toasters, etc. There were signs everywhere about this, but they didn't have anything!

Stay was fine. I was not aware that the hotel doesn't do maid service. But adjusted and was fine.

We were greeted by a friendly desk clerk & check in was quickly completed. We were even given a free upgrade. The room was very clean & quiet. The furniture was not luxurious by any means, but adequate. We noticed that a lot of contractors were staying there. So if you are looking for a spa like hotel, this is not the place to stay. But if you just want an inexpensive room to shower & sleep, I would recommend this hotel.

Very enjoyable stay in Chantilly Our stay at the Extended Stay America in Chantilly VA was a positive experience. It’s getting better! The staff was actively trying to promote the location in a good light;however, that is a short stay hotel. My non-smoking room was definite smoked in as the smell of tobacco was baked into the room. Minimal breakfast options and sketchy patrons. It’s ok for a layover stay.

Overnight stay The refrigerator was very noisy all night, bed not very comfortable, hard to sleep.

This is a joke The hotel smells funny. Half of the lights in my room didn’t work. Shower was all jacked up. This was a getto hotel. Breakfast was a jack as well.
