In an area we thought would be very safe but unfortunately the hotel parking lot had some unsavory elements. Room smelled strongly of marijuana. There was a large puddle of water by the kitchen sink floor. Pull out couch was the bare minimum and had no sheets or pillows (we got a sheet set from the front desk). Empty shopping cart from nearby store was in the stairwell. During the night, two young men attempted and eventually gave up trying to use a slim jim to open a locked vehicle in the parking lot. I needed a place to stay and I got a clean room and an easy check in, which was most important to me.
I saw a few small bugs inside. The tub was slightly dirty. The air kept adjusting itsself to ice cold.

AC did not work but they did move us to a different room. No continental breakfast. It was 9:30 am, hostess said it had not arrived yet.
