First thing I noticed "the smell", maybe from the old worn-out carpet! The room has everything, full size fridge, microwave. The room looks dated, a bit dark for my liking. Right next to the Fair Oaks Mall, 5 minutes walk. There were ants in the room, not a big deal for us but might be a big deal for others. Breakfast is very basic, small counter at reception: small muffins, oatmeal, coffee, tea to go. Would we stay again, probably not!
room was not that clean, washcloth from previous guest was in the bathtub, next room smoking hard drags pipe and tools left front of the room.
Very clean and quiet
Room had a smal kitchenette, and a good shower. Bed was a little uncomfortable. Only there for a quick overnight visit. Would stay again.
Bad smells inside the room.
Staff were courteous and friendly. Room was clean. No complaints.
