I stayed room 211 for 5 nights. The floor is not clean before my arrival. At least 1 time, no one changed towels. Other things are Ok.

The front desk staff was courteous, prompt, and very helpful. I fly into Fairfax once a quarter for work and I will book here every time, if there are suites available. I had one issue with my TV on the first day of a 4-day stay and maintenance resolve it within minutes.
Friendly, fast, and very helpfully when i nedded dinner ware.
