Compared to a stay a year ago this property has made improvements to the room and property. There is still some work to do; kitchen cabinets need a cleaning inside and out and some wear and tear of furniture needs attention. No one thing was a turn off, just in need of TLC.

I like how lit up the property was at night! But the rooms remained dark when sleeping, only stayed for a night but it was a great stay

First thing I noticed "the smell", maybe from the old worn-out carpet! The room has everything, full size fridge, microwave. The room looks dated, a bit dark for my liking. Right next to the Fair Oaks Mall, 5 minutes walk. There were ants in the room, not a big deal for us but might be a big deal for others. Breakfast is very basic, small counter at reception: small muffins, oatmeal, coffee, tea to go. Would we stay again, probably not!

room was not that clean, washcloth from previous guest was in the bathtub, next room smoking hard drags pipe and tools left front of the room.
