Great Hotel. My Experience was great but the problem I had was not good room service also the room is not very clean as I thought it would be but the overall its okay to stay if you want close to the mall. However, the wifi is very bad which I had to call people to fix the wifi problem that I had and the staff members are very nice. Helped me a lot.

great stay we stayed overnight for a concert, we live about 5 hours away. it was a great hotel very helpful and friendly staff. very quiet no slamming doors early in the morning, or loud kids. will be back for our next concert in the area.

Bed was not clean at all. Cigarette burn on the bed. Nasty.

Okay Stay The hotel was OK, but needed to keep stairwells cleaner and trash rooms smell needs better control. Their breakfast is snack food and coffee which they didn't keep replenished until asked.

Not staying again :( Smell of lingering smoke in nonsmoking room was almost overwhelming
