Great location I had a very nice stay at the Extended Stay at Fair Oaks Mall. It is in an unbeatable location for a reasonable price. I found myself needing a hotel room at short notice and this was the only one available in my price range. Even though the only room available was a smoking room, it did not have that "old smoke" smell, which really says something for their cleaning team. The hotel was old and smelled like smoke. The sheets and towels were low quality.

Fair I booked through hotels .com. I was told that there would be continental breakfast (my main reason for choosing here) I was disappointed that there was grab and go and not fresh healthy breakfast fare.
