Not too bad Not bad.. Good customer service, however the room had little issues. One light not working, shower curtain broken and personally uncomfortable pillows, but not too bad for the price and overnight stay.

Nice and clean hotel near lots of shops I had a wonderful stay. It was right next to the mall and very accessible to lots of other shops. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. I would stay again

Location was convenient, staff was friendly and helpful, overall condition of the hotel was ok, but it was not the cleanest. However, it served its purpose.

Great Hotel. My Experience was great but the problem I had was not good room service also the room is not very clean as I thought it would be but the overall its okay to stay if you want close to the mall. However, the wifi is very bad which I had to call people to fix the wifi problem that I had and the staff members are very nice. Helped me a lot.

great stay we stayed overnight for a concert, we live about 5 hours away. it was a great hotel very helpful and friendly staff. very quiet no slamming doors early in the morning, or loud kids. will be back for our next concert in the area.

Bed was not clean at all. Cigarette burn on the bed. Nasty.
