Could use some updating. The linens are always so dingy at this brand of hotel. The locale is great. 13 minutes from IAD airport, a huge mall in walking distance, friendly staff. But that linen is hard for me to excuse. Can not understand why white linens are yellow and abrasive like a brillo pad. Don't count on breakfast The best thing about the hotel is the area - right across from the Fair Oaks mall. The biggest complaint is about their so called breakfast - several muffins and oatmeal power bars of one flavor. The food bins were almost empty. I asked to refill them, came back in 10 min and they were still empty. WiFi kept going off and on.

Simplify the WiFi Tried to log onto the WiFi - "Nightmare!" I'm fairly computer savvy, but couldn't log on with my Kindle Fire device. My iPhone seemed to log in no problem, but once on it was the worst WiFi I was ever on, except maybe my Dr's. waiting room. Had to revert to my 4G network.

Average hotel Just an average hotel, but the price was ok. Like most hotels the beds were too hard and not enough blankets. Pretty average.

WiFi is not free if you want decent speed Forget the free "breakfast" and WiFi and walk next door to the Starbucks. I had to wait 10 minutes just for them to make coffee at 8am.
