Okay Stay The hotel was OK, but needed to keep stairwells cleaner and trash rooms smell needs better control. Their breakfast is snack food and coffee which they didn't keep replenished until asked.

Not staying again :( Smell of lingering smoke in nonsmoking room was almost overwhelming

Great location I had a very nice stay at the Extended Stay at Fair Oaks Mall. It is in an unbeatable location for a reasonable price. I found myself needing a hotel room at short notice and this was the only one available in my price range. Even though the only room available was a smoking room, it did not have that "old smoke" smell, which really says something for their cleaning team. The hotel was old and smelled like smoke. The sheets and towels were low quality.
