Home away from home I would stay there again. The staff is super nice and helpful. Close to the mall, Starbucks, highway, easy to get to.

It was okay.
Close to Fairoaks Mall I think they have to chance to be better if they refill the air fresheners, clean the stairways and the elevators. Change the towels and bed sheets that are wornout, old and that has stains. The staff I have to admit some were excellent and some were unprofessional.
good location Right at the mall, very convenient for shopping. Clean staff only come to clean your room once in a week.

Ok in a pinch Checkin was simple and the staff were very friendly, however the room was kinda sketchy. The windows were both broken and ajar and unable to close fully, in the bathroom the ceiling above the shower was all moldy and falling apart with water dripping from the room above, and the AC unit did not work.

Next to shopping area and restaurant. Afforadabl Quiet. Ez-parking. I didn't see much of anyone.
