Filthy First assigned room had crumbs in kitchenette and dead bugs in the tub. Changed rooms only to find later that sheets hadn’t been changed (hairs!), floor throughout was sticky, and the towels were stained. My kids and I had to sleep on top of the blankets. Two night stay turned into one because it was so gross! Thank goodness we had friends we could stay with because all other local hotels were booked!! Waiting to see if refund for second night comes through.

Dated and dirty. Also very strong smell in room. Used air freshener but came back quickly. Had to wipe down everything with Clorox wipes....we did not have a choice but to stay as all hotels booked in area. Only positive was that it was quiet.

Trash and dirty dishes greeted us outside of the room. The room was very dusty and dirty. The tub was not cleaned (used washrag in the tub).

Horrible Second worst hotel I ever stayed at. Would not recommend it for anyone. Filthy, smelly and just plain nasty.

Poor customer service experience. The first room 304 was dirty and musty. The sheets and comforter had stains on them and looked unclean The phone didn’t work. The rug had stains that looked like blood stains. I covered the bed with towels and slept with clothes on, as I was afraid of something crawling or getting on me. I notified the front desk the next morning that I wanted all new bedding but that wasn’t done. I asked for a clean room and was given a better one. Room 302. Horrible Dirty, Dirty, Dirty. Had I not been so exhausted when I checked in I would have left as soon as I entered the room. The fridge was rusty, the sheets, blankets, pillows & even the bed skirt were horribly wrinkled making me wonder if they had been washed after the last guest. The curtains literally had several cigarette burns in them. The tub had hair in it.
