Racist still exist The clerk was a racist person and mean individuals , he didn't have mercy that I wanna rest and he decided to cancel my reservation because I'd the name misspelled.

Broken iron, just 3 small square pillows on bed, no drinking bottle water, no continental breakfast, just coffee and peanuts granola bars, no clothes hunger

Extremely disappointed in this property. Needed four days out of our home for renovations. We picked this hotel because it was pet friendly and boasted not only a kitchen with stove, microvwave, plates, pots, utensils, etc. plus a full size fridge. Additionally under amenities breakfast and wifi were free. This property is being COMPLETELY MISREPRESENTED. First issue, when we checked in I was charged a $25 fee per day, PER PET, none of which was indicated when I booked and pre-paid for my reservation thru Expedia. Second iss... read more

Wasnt the cleanest hotel. Staff very infifferent. The whole plca needed a good scrubbing. The so called breakfast was a coffee pot and some granola bars and packages of instant oatmeal.

I did not like the service; my phone was not working. I have called a few times the front desk to fix my phone so I can make a conference call. However, they were they kept telling me it will be fixed. Finally, I moved to another hotel to make my call, and I paid for Extended Stay America too.
