Property is conveniently located just off beltway. Room, although non-smoking, had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Plenty of parking and good lighting outside. Bed sheets were stained and there was trash in the trash bin inside the room.

Great clean hotel at a good price Would stay there again. 30 minutes Drive from DC is worth the trip rather than paying more in DC.
