You get what you pay for Front desk Customer service: she was nice but sturdy, but it didn’t accommodate us well by their policy. When we try to get our rooms it was not available for handicap room, she added if you want to get a room before three- it was additional $40 and another $40 leaving two hour later. The room was okay with comfortable bed, TV wasn’t working, and with NO breakfast provided including coffee, hot water, bowls, spoons for our oatmeal cereal and tea.

it is what it is The exterior needs to be cleaned for trash, bottles, and cigarette butts daily, but that doesn't seem to be happening. Room was adequate for our needs and clean overall. Service tended to be a bit slow. One side exit had a "permanent cast" of drinkers and smokers, so if things like that bother you, this is probably not your kind of place.

I don't like the smell in the hallways. Smells like cooking oil or something odd
Smoking in the building I had to sign a waiver that said there was no smoking in building or it was a $250 fine. The 2nd floor, where my room was, smelled like smoke as soon as I got off the elevator. I don't know how they monitored the smoking in the building but it did not smell good.
