Better than sleeping in your car AC in my room didn’t work well. When I complained at the front desk on a Saturday morning, I was told the maintenance man wouldn’t be until Monday. (My check out day) I asked to be switched to a different room in the front desk clerk said they were full although I doubt that was true. The grab and go breakfast was coffee, hot water for tea or oatmeal or hot chocolate, breakfast bars, and unappealing muffins. Nothing fancy, typical hotel for a one night stay. I did not appreciate the length of time I spent standing at the counter waiting for someone to come check me in; I literally had to call the hotel telephone number to tell the gentleman I was there waiting. He was very pleasant and accommodating during check in. I understand that the “business center” amenity is unavailable at many hotels due to COVID-19 restrictions, however, I really needed to print something and even asked if he could print it for me. He would not.
