Incompetent Staff! Terrible overnight customer service. There are no manager/supervisor on duty, and the persons at the front desk have no clue. My checking in was an eye opener; the front desk clerk could barely speak English and he was the janitor. I would suggest that this particular hotel have better trained and more competent staff on duty at all times.

The place is not bad , but is a lot of things in convinience , can't make cash payments . The are Roaches in this Place but is not as bad people are friendly . I see to many people struggling trying to rent a room , no credit card . It is sad

Where to start. As soon as I entered the looby the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a month. It took almost 30 min to get checked in. I used the elevator to get to my room and I immediately smelled marijuana which was ten times worse when I got to my room on the 3rd floor. I entered my room only to find that the room smelled like smoke....which is supposed to be non smoking.
