I liked the fact that the front desk clerk was courteous and welcoming. The nights were most enjoyable as it was sooo wuiet! What I did not like was I came home/back to my room after a full day of Conference, but my room was not made, or new face cloth supplied. Wished there were two frint desk persons so when one is busy the other can still provide positive customer service. Jtc

Waited 10 minutes for someone to appear to check in and then the computer system failed to print.

I booked a double queen bed room but i got 2 single bed rooms. In that one bathroom roof was leaking with water. No higenic.

Okay room with a kitchen Stayed for two nights and had an OK impression. This is not a hotel that you want to stay for one extra night just to experience its facilities. The room is generally clean and we are thankful for that. However you need to get almost everything from the chekin desk, including hairdrier and kitchen utencils (this is a hotel with kitchens). The breakfast is just packaged muffins and coffee, and the muffins are usually gone before 8am. During our stay, the 2nd floor hallway had a bad smell. I hope it is... read more
