Unsatisfied customer! I had a not so pleasant visit, room was not very clean, sheets were dirty & stained. Towels were the same! I asked for housekeeping to change sheets due to them being dirty upon arrival & it took me going to front desk 2 days in a row for it to be done! I was told they forgot the first time but I'm not so sure that's an acceptable reason considering the next excuse was oh we don't clean rooms daily for extended stays but if I'm complaining that sheets are dirty upon arrival there should be an exception ... read more

I didnt, there was a mice in my room. Room was dirty and room phone didn’t work.

Front desk left empty with no assistance. Claimed they didn't have enough kitchen amenities for us to use. The so called breakfast was short of coffee an if you were lucky to get even one muffin. Bathroom shower hanging down and holes in the bathroom shower walls. The smoke detector was hanging down from the ceiling. I dought it even worked. Will never stay there again. Was with my 80 year old mother and wanted to leave but with her handicap it was too much on her to move to another hotel. Stay was only 2 days.

Horrible room conditions Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Mice, blood and burn holes just a few of the issues with this hotel.

I was so disappointed in this hotel. I have stayed with this chain before but this time was not good. We we're rented by a less than pleasant desk clerk who could barely mumble her answers to our questions. The room was shabby to say the least. Sink stopper did not work so water did not drain. Lamps did not work. Remote for TV did not work. TV was so wobbly we were afraid to touch it to change channels. I immediately informed desk of these items.
