So so dirty never will book again the entire building and the room were just so below expectations

Where to start.... hotel smells like smoke, the hallways hadn’t been vacuumed in months there’s literally cigarette butts and food crumbs all over the place. One of the screws that holds the slide lock into the door frame was missing. The knobs for cold water and hot water in the kitchen were switched. There were little marks on the sheets that looked like blood stains.... should I go on?

Not the cleanest hotel The room felt was not cleaned thoroughly with sticky carpet, leaking refrigerator, and hair from previous guest in the beddings. Also we felt itchy for two nights which means I have to be cautious on our next hotel and transfer bugs from this hotel. The hotel website doesn’t match the actual site which was disappointing.

The faucet in the tub did not work, the air conditioning did not work well, the shower curtain was broken and was supposed to be fixed-it was not, there was no coffee pot, ice, hair dryer. Just gross

There was nothing unique about this, they ran out breakfast therefore my children and I could not eat with the amount of money I paid for the room I could of stayed at better hotel! Never again will I stay here.
