The hotel is fine. The rooms are nice, clean enough and the staff is pretty nice (even if it is terribly understaffed). The problem with this hotel is that it does not feel safe at all. At all times you can find people drinking outside, drink bottles trashed everywhere around it, and police patrolling regularly. I didn't see violence, but I wouldn't have been surprised if I had. So, I didn't feel too unsafe, but it was pretty unsettling to be there. I was very happy when we left.

Claims non-smoking and with breakfast not true Put us on a floor that is half smoking, half non-smoking. They expect invisible barriers to keep the smoke at bay? And the smokers were heavy. I have asthma and was puffing the whole time. All our clothes need to be dry cleaned. The elevator doesn't work properly and is downright dangerous. Apparently this has been an issue for a while. Breakfast is what they call gran and go. Muffins and granola bars, with coffee. No juice, milk, cereal, toast. Staff tried to put on a happy fac... read more

Staff wasn't so nice nor helpful and they don't have a room cleaning service

Probably try somewhere else. The area and general facilities were fine, service was mediocre, and room had filthy towels and terrible smell. Overall worst extended stay experience I’ve had to date.

Worst experience No Good At all.. They never have anything in stock and no maintenance (not even once) service even i stayed for more than a week.

I understand they still have smoking rooms, but hallways, elevator, the entire building smell like smoke. People constantly smoke right at the entrance area. Cigarette butts are everywhere …. Well, what can you expect for that price, right?
