Room and bathroom was not clean. Roaches and dirty rooms was my experience with Extended Stay America. Never again, I’m waiting on my refund from the Hotel through Expedia.

Not clean. Mostly unfriendly staff. Would not fix toilet when not working.

The smell stinks. The carpet did not look clean I was very disappointied with the small that hits you from the min you walk into the hotel till you get your room.

It was dirty, run down and the smell was a combination of smoke and spoiled food.

Total thumbs down Made and paid in full for a reservation at their sister property which confirmed by hotels.com only to have the very rude assistant manager call me an hour before check in and tell me they cpuldnt accommodate me. She didnt offer any help and was very rude and condisending. Hotels.com is the one who offerred to transfer to the sister property. Site claimed hotel had continental breakfast which it did not it only had coffee in the lobby. Also I am still waiting for my refund for the difference in orice betwee... read more

Did not any of it, the room smelled, appeared not clean. Property smelled of cigarettes, had to cancel reservation. Not worth the money!
