Hungry Old rotting food in the microwave from previous guest...ewww!! Who knows how long it's been in there for?

Never Again!!!!! I should have known by the grimy look of the entrance area that my stay at this location was going to be horrible, nonetheless, I opted to stay there. There was an immediate foul odor upon entering my room and as days went by it was apparent that someone with a pet (perhaps a dog) had previously live in the room for an extended period of time. Will not stay there again Very disappointing, first it's not convenient to 270, the only nearby food is at a 7 11. Then the room was freezing, the window open and the air set to 64. The floor was wet and the bed had no top sheet. When I tried to get service to get me a top sheet I couldn't make contact with anyone. Finally called Hotels.com that managed to reach someone and I could then go down to the front desk, pick up a sheet and make the bed myself. Will not stay there again

Biggest disappointment ever! I have stayed at other Extended Stay America hotels and been quite happy, but this one was awful. Dirty. Fridge didn't keep food cold. No kitchen utensils, etc. Fridge never worked even though we reported the problem, so food spoiled. Asked for more pillows which they brought but no pillowcases. No mattress pads. Trash never emptied. With spoiled food, it smelled bad. Put it in hall and still never emptied. No housekeeping. Very dissatisfied.

Unclean & unsafe This hotel was very dirty. Stairwells and hallways had enough dirt your feet left noticeable footprints. The towels were stained, carpet had a damp sticky feel, and toilet paper was out. Window to the room was broken- to the point where it wasn't able to be closed. If our stay would have been more than one night, we would have refused to spend the night. Not worth $75 Not clean - AT ALL, broken windows, no coffee maker. Look elsewhere for $75. Staff was friendly and helpful, but would not stay here again.

Bed Issues Our first night there we realize the mattress had been flipped; however this was a mattress that was not made to be flipped and we were sleeping on flat springs side. Told the staff the very next morning and on our second day the mattress was not exchanged nor were we given a new room. The issue was left unresolved. Never Again 20 minutes to check in while receptionist talked on the phone to her friend. Elevator had old food stains all over the floor and smeared dirt on the walls. Hallways and stairwells were filthy with carbage and cigarette butts. Shower water knob was not attached to valve. No hot water comes out of the bathroom sink. Old noodles were left in the kitchen sink for me as a welcome!. Work desk chair was completely broken. This place would have to be 100% better to be a sh$#hole!
