2 night stay after surgery before traveling home. Checked loaded luggage cart and came in only to find out elevator broken and room was on 3rd floor had to carry everything up and down 😬

Hotel was over boom and didn’t have a room available

Understaffed, lacking in supplies There was one person in front desk that seems to do everything -- checking in guests, providing towels, doing laundry, etc. The requested bedsheets & pillows for our sofa bed were finally available after 3 attempts. They were given to us directly from the laundry, unfolded in a plastic garbage bag.

The space is dated, the walls are thin. It was ok defintely 2-3 stars at best

I was given an option of two rooms. One stated to be better than the other. One smelled of wet dog and the other had a leaking shower faucet which made the room smell of chlorinated water. Fortunately, I only needed the room for a single night. These rooms clearly need maintenance and attention.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever booked, we looked at the rooms and decided not to stay since this is more like a 1 star hostel, very disappointing.
