The exit door was jammed open twice. The staff said they were trying to find the culprit. Our first room deadbolt did not work. Our second room was sufficient to what we needed.

Thoughts about stay planning If the user wants their room to be cleaned or restocked with linens, etc. It would be wise to ask. Also if you require kitchen items you need to ask. The front desk staff are exceedingly pleasant and will be more than happy to assist.

Not impressed We were told at Check in that they had breakfast, and hotel website reflects that. Didn’t know it was grab n go muffin and granola bars. On the upside there’s a fantastic 24 hour diner 4 blocks away. Vinyl flooring peeling on elevator entrances where you could easily trip. No facial tissue provided. 6 sheets of toilet paper on the roll when we checked in and no extra roll. Carpet in room filthy and stained. Bathtub faucet dripped constantly.
