Great service needs upgrade Service was great but no hot water in the morning and bed was really uncomfortable- they did comp the room though.

Smoke The hotel is a non-smoking hotel but all the guests around me was smoking in the rooms that the smoke iwas terrible and came under my door into my room and I called the front desk went to the front desk and they did nothing about.

Feeling good except the issue above. The down water in bath is bad.

Comfortable stay and helpful staff It was a comfortable stay. Nice to have a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. The gentlemen that work at the front desk in the evening and overnight were very friendly and helpful. The pillows could have been a little more comfortable though.

Very little English spoken, Check-in was late at night, fellow working at the desk acted as if I had interrupted his Spanish-only soccer special...spoke English in a broken way but was able to communicate that he was not particularly pleased to have me there by his brusque manner, and slow actions.
