Pay an extra 10 bucks and stay somewhere else the room was clean but staff were lacking in proffesionalism
This hotel star rating need to be lowered to 2 stars. Also, the cost per night should be lowered as well since you do not/not receive daily maid service or trash removal. There are no dishes in the rooms. You will have to "check" them out at the front counter. I'm not use to this type of hotel living and will not be staying at another Extended Stay America in the near or distant future.

Good enough The hotel was OK. Service was OK. the room barely met standards for cleanliness. Some of the lights and outlets in my room did not work. Wifi was disappointing, slow, had to get the hotel's password since my room password did not work. I wouldn't bring my family there to stay in if we were on vacation.

good experience The room was really clean and the environment was good. There is a small problem is that I saw this hotel provides breakfast on the website when I booked hotel, actually the breakfast is only some cakes and coffee.
