The exit door was jammed open twice. The staff said they were trying to find the culprit. Our first room deadbolt did not work. Our second room was sufficient to what we needed.

Thoughts about stay planning If the user wants their room to be cleaned or restocked with linens, etc. It would be wise to ask. Also if you require kitchen items you need to ask. The front desk staff are exceedingly pleasant and will be more than happy to assist.
