The front desk person was nice. The female filling the breakfast snacks initially ignored the man asking for assistance.The room looked like they tried to remodel recently, but was not clean. There was debris on the chair, spilled liquid in the wall, a hole like a knife puncture in the wall that should have been patched, dirt on the bathroom door, and a leg on the desk was broken. A decent cleaning job would have made a difference.

Disappointed First, the front desk clerk had troubles with English, especially while he was checking us in and explaining why the free Wi-fi wasn't working. The lobby was dirty and directly behind the front desk I was looking into a boiler room? with peeling paint and wall paper. Directly behind me was the elevator that was "out of order", the "only" elevator. Never staying here again At check in we are told how "lucky" we were b/c many guests were moved to another property due to overbooking. I wish we got moved. The toilet did not work. Since it was late evening no one could fix it. The bath fan sounded like a train. The refrigerator noise was as bad so I unplugged it. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Surprise bug found in the gross shower. Toilet seal disgusting.

dirty carpet no cleaning done no bed makeup morning shift had to get the manager to drive 20 minuits to open the safe to give back my 100 dollar deposit half hour wasted the lady that checked me in was a real pro she had respect for me morning shift didnot care and did not speak very good english

Dirty rooms Dirty rooms, bedding was not clean or stained, and furniture that I would not sit on. Although it had a sink and microwave the plates and silverware were extra along with anything like internet access. What they have for free could not even do E-mail. But the staff were friendly.Obviously a corporate run facility.

Bad smell on the room Wen you turned off the a/c smoke very bad like monoxide carbon can sleep at night and can stey inside

The worst of the worst It was the most horrible place to stay I registered a complaint and I want my money back I will never ever stay there again and I my children live in that area and it was the closest hotel to them so I'll be going back every 3 to 6 months but I will never stay at this hotel again
