Non smoking rooms smelly badly of smoke! Room had a very strong smoke odor even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room.
False Advertisement... Awful is the only way to describe this stay. I booked to have two beds as I had a business colleague with me. I was told that the hotel did not have two beds available or at all - so, why am I able to book something that is not accurate in anyway. I bought something that was not true and my colleague had to sleep in a chair...
Close to stadium Hotel did not have ice machine, drink vending machine was empty, sounded like there was employee meeting outside of our room at 7 am would not stay here again
ROACH MOTEL DO NOT STAY HERE. As soon as I walked in the room I stumbled upon a roach party. And you would think they would scatter. NO. No they did not, because I was intruding into their home. THIS PLACE IS BUG INFESTED ABD FILTHY. I even tried switching rooms and the next room was worst than the last.
My Recent Stay This is definitely a no frills hotel. Appliances are very old..The sink in bathroom did not hold water. When I arrived there were boxes out front and a man talking loudly on phone. No daily room service. Linen was not what I would expect in a hotel...wrinkled..dingy..not fresh I was very disappointed. I will not stay here again nor will I recommend hotel to anyone else. I do not know how the hotel can justify the high cost to stay here and why hotels.com has this hotel on the list.
Good Hotel Gone Bad I’ve stayed at other Extended Stay Hotels before, but this one was vastly different event compared to other stays. Upon entering the floor where our room was there was an over powering odder of filth, like a homeless shelter. If your wondering how I know what one smells like, I use to be a health inspector and I would inspect them monthly. WORST STAY EVER NEVER STAYED THERE , TRYING TO GET A REFUND ON MY RESERVATION ROOM FILTHY, SHEETS NASTY, PILLOWS STINK
Never staying not recommending ever again ! The whole hotel room had a Smokey smell to it. The breakfast table should not be close the front entrance due high traffic coming and going. The sheets were dirty and the bed was not connected fully . Worst experience straying in a cheap hotel for an overnight stay . I would never recommend anyone but I guess that's what you get when you stay at a hotel that's also a residence for others.
Not good. Wifi wasn't working. Room was dirty. No ammenities. Breakfast was a muffin and a cup of coffee. Rip off.
