Overpriced Bates Motel This place seems like an overpriced shelter. The floors are dirty, they don't clean the rooms thoroughly, the mattress had dried blood & urine stains along with the mattress pad and the dingy linen & towels. People are sleeping in the lobby that appear to be homeless and I can appreciate not leaving someone out in the cold they should have somewhere else for them to stay in there. Nightmare We checked in & later found out that the toilet was not functioning on our room and the receptionist was very rude when we reported it. We ended staying in a handicapped room because the remainder of the hotel was sold out. Since I had cancelled the 1st reservation after finding out that the toilet wasn’t functioning, I was charged a new rate of $50 more per night. We brought our issues to the day shift staff the next day & she was very pleasant & accomodating!

Gross I stopped at this hotel because it is pet friendly. Advertised as a smoke free hotel, I did not expect my room to absolutely reak of cigarettes. Even the linens on the bed smelled.

Nope. Nope. And Nope!!! The room was a disaster. The microwave had to have been from the 1980s. The refrigerator had mystery stains all over the outside and the inside of it. The countertop was partially ripped up from the cabinets. There were random black hairs stuck to the ceiling above you in the shower. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. Not worth the $95 a night I paid.

Dirty Hotel: Needs Good Cleaning It took about 20 mimutes for someone to appear at the front desk to check us in. The room is dirty and smells. Trash can was not emptied. Dirty towel was on the floor in the bathroom. Folded towels were on the bed.

Worst experience Started out ok was able to check in a little early., after that, down hill. Room had a funky smell, and no wash clothes, called front desk 6 times and even went to front desk never got them. Was there for 3 days and never got wash clothes, thankfully I brought my own.
