The checkin process was a nightmare. We tried to checkin 1 hour and half early and were told the rooms were not assigned and not available. When we returned there was a long line of people trying to check in and were told there was something going on with the software. We waited another 45 minutes to checkin. Some rooms were not cleaned and ready and some had people still in them. This was after 3pm when checkin time was. The Hot Water Wouldn't Work And It Smelled Like Cigarettes In The Halls

NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL !! The pictures online lied. Online it seemed clean and nice. The room didn't have wash cloths and towels. I asked staff for some and it had old blood stains in them. The fridge was dirty and even the sheets had stains. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!

House keeping in this hotel are terrible. It was bad. I went out from my room to go for the assignment I came for and before I came back, the housekeeping cleaning my room and ate all my food. Not only that, she ate the food and took my lunch bowls and my 2 liters water bottle always including my boil eggs and soda. It was a terrible experience. I told the staff on duty for that night, he said he could not do anything that I have to wait till morning time to see the manager. I could not go out that night to go and buy food b... read more

Bates Motel evening No signage 2 hotel no clear direction. Once we found the right place the hotel attendant was MIA for 5-10 min. The phone on the wall to contact the operator did not work. Had to knock for him to walk aroundto open the door . It took him 24 minutes to get us checked in because of a "slow system " never kept us engaged, he wasn't pleasant , just plucked on the computer with confusion all over his face. Non smoking rooms smelly badly of smoke! Room had a very strong smoke odor even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room.

False Advertisement... Awful is the only way to describe this stay. I booked to have two beds as I had a business colleague with me. I was told that the hotel did not have two beds available or at all - so, why am I able to book something that is not accurate in anyway. I bought something that was not true and my colleague had to sleep in a chair...

Close to stadium Hotel did not have ice machine, drink vending machine was empty, sounded like there was employee meeting outside of our room at 7 am would not stay here again

ROACH MOTEL DO NOT STAY HERE. As soon as I walked in the room I stumbled upon a roach party. And you would think they would scatter. NO. No they did not, because I was intruding into their home. THIS PLACE IS BUG INFESTED ABD FILTHY. I even tried switching rooms and the next room was worst than the last.
