Roaches I'm finding this review really hard to write because although the staff there is so friendly and kind, overall I ended up having a horrible experience. The customer service there is great. All of the employees I ran into were able to answer all of my questions and they were very kind. Going in I had no complaints about the room. When arriving at the hotel I had to stand at the front desk for 15 mins waiting for someone to come after saying “hello!” Several times, I then walked around to see a employee break room and knocked on the door for “Isa” to open the door eating he then gave us a keycard for room 311! 311 was HORRIBLE! It hadn’t been cleaned the bed wasnt made it was dirty towels laying around the room it was just unbelievable! A mousy situation There was a mouse in the rm and he has mouse droppings on the bed under the pillows, me and my babies heard some mousy noises and sure enough it was a mouse. They switched us to another room the next day.

This hotel is trifling! they had roaches climbing up and down the wall.

Clean your rooms better Hotel was supposed to be smoke free but floor 3 smelled like nothing but smoke and there was bugs on the floor...the first room I was in someone was clearly smoking in there and I tried to deal with the smell and take a shower to go into the bathroom and see no toilet paper and someone’s used wash clothing hanging on the shower curtain rod... I stay at hotels quite often and have never been to one with this level of cleaniess.
