Great value Nice, clean and quiet. Typically for local workers who haven't found housing yet in busy DC area. Very convenient to stores and metro.
It was very close to the Metro and we took it every day to go to DC, very close to a lot of restaurants, what I didn't like was some of the people hanging around the area and the fact that it was kind of dated but it was clean and the people running it or owning it were very helpful and nice and they had coffee available and continental breakfast in the morning it was a big plus

It was a great stay for 1 night. It’s near the WMATA subway station. You can park your car and take the subway to downtown DC.

Needed an overnight stay near Reston Hospital so booked a room. Convenient location, clean, quiet, courteous/helpful staff and great price. The queen room I reserved wasn’t available so they upgraded me to king suite. No complaints!!
The property isn't aesthetically beautiful or anything, but it's clean and safe. The staff was friendly. It is definitely no-frills. If all you need is a clean bed and shower, then it's fine. I was surprised/disappointed that there wasn't a coffee maker in the room. There wasn't anything in the room. No cups, plates, silverware, pots/pans, etc. There was a fridge, a stove/oven, and a microwave, but nothing else.
