We didn’t get the room we payed for because they overbooked, place was nasty, our kitchen came with nothing in it to cook with, no breakfast was there, and the floors on the first floor was gone on one side. Place was really run down and didn’t look like the pictures. Our tub was so dirty we had to put a towel down to stand inside. The phone didn’t work and we had no heat just air coming out.

Stunk of marijuana. Dirty hallways and common areas. My guests entered and turned around, so I visited myself and confirmed it is awful. Requested an immediate refund and it was denied. Raze it and build something better.

BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY!! 0 stars is not an option or it would have been a top candidate for it. We were a party of 6 arrived around 10pm from a road trip ready to just get to our rooms and sleep unknowingly arriving at the hotel where roaches, urine stains on linens, black mold in the shower and restroom, rancid smells had already occupied our room. They pride themselves on a 10-point cleaning system??? I had what looked like blood in my tub AND the towels/soap were laid out as if to say "ready to use". The exhaust fan was all taped up, stains on the wall...... need I go on?

I wont be coming back There was never anyone at the front desk, the kitchen had no way to use it without asking for help from the front desk. The bed sheets didn’t fit the bed so it kepted coming undone, and there was no cover on the mattress. No sheets for the pull out couch either.
We saw mouse in the hotel room. Front deck changed the room for us after that. No breakfast. Only grab and go coffee. Property is pretty old.
No shower curtain hairdryer was gone door didn’t open without moving the striker plate.Roaches
Hotel has a bad odor and trash was everywhere.
