First room I was put into the bed was broken and almost collapsed from under me. Second room the heater was not working so I was forced to turn on the stove just for heat. Also the bed was a bit dirty I had to request new sheets.

Our room was fine, clean and well designed. We had to ask for kitchen utensils. Staff was scarce. Frequently nobody at front desk, and dubious looking people lurking around corridors. Perhaps they rent long term to poor people? Staff was not particularly helpful and we had to go find them to check in and out. I think they only have one employee on site, and that person has to run around and do everything. Check in was a problem as their ipads were not working. The places is sketchy. The lobby, elevators and hallways were nasty. Bed was so bad we actually left after the first night and went to a Residence Inn. Not even a trash can in the room. The "breakfast" was coffee and a Nutribar. If you are thinking of staying here....don't. Run away. Also we now have a lovely cockroach in our car. Thank ESA. never again !
