While dealing with a family tragedy, Amanda and her staff were exceptionally professional and empathetic to my situatiin
When booked, it stated there was breakfast, my husband did not see breakfast not one time and he would was staying there to be close to the hospital where he worked nights since there was inclement weather. He would come in the morning from his shift looking for breakfast. The property could certainly use some updating, but outside of that and not having breakfast included, as advertised, the staff was very nice and the parking garage was a plus. The refrigerator needs to be updated. The shower needs to be fixed. When i was taking a shower, the tub was filling up with water.

The staff, particularly the day desk and management went above and beyond! I was blessed to have such wonderful ladies taking care of me during a very stressful time, I’ll always be grateful!
