Room was fine, staff was friendly.
Staff were very helpful-tubs have no stoppers so baths are impossible and shower lever only worked sometimes; coffee was not available at all times as advertised; packaged muffins and oatmeal are not what one would call ‘breakfast’ as advertised; there were no dishes or utensils in kitchen if one felt like bringing food to the room; no rugs in the floor makes for hearing your neighbors every time they moved a chair

For the price, it’s okay. But, pillows are small, mattress is hard, and there was no coffee as promised in the morning. Also, parking lot is dirty. Staff is friendly and nice.

The room was clean and the toilet and shower worked. Parking was easy. That was the highlight. The metal striker plate on the door was loose and had wood screws in it. We had a hard time with the door closing all the way on the first or even the second try. The mircowave didnt work. It was on with the bag of frozen asparagus spinnng and supposedly heating up for over 5 minutes and was still cold as ice after. The freezer decided to drip into the fridge.
